Acceptable use

01Only content you have rights to

• Upload only footage, audio, images and brand material you own or have permission to use.
• Have the consent of every person who appears or speaks in your footage to be filmed, edited and published.
• Do not upload other people’s films, music or brand assets without a license that covers your use.

02No impersonation, no deception

• Do not use Skarv to make it look as if a real person said or did something they did not.
• Do not present AI-generated people as real customers, patients, experts or witnesses.
• Do not remove or hide the label Skarv adds to generated material where the law requires it to be shown.
• Do not make fake reviews, testimonials or endorsements.

03Nothing illegal or harmful

• No sexual content involving minors, ever. We report it to the authorities.
• No content that harasses, threatens or incites violence or hatred against people.
• No sexual content of a person without their consent, and no adult content at all.
• No ads for illegal products or services, and no misleading health, financial or political claims.
• No content that breaks the law where you publish it.

04Fair use of the service

• Do not try to get around credit limits, trial limits or plan limits, for example with several accounts.
• Do not probe, overload or attack Skarv, or access it in ways other than through the app and the interfaces we offer.
• Do not resell Skarv as your own service without a written agreement with us.

05What happens if the rules are broken

We may remove content, stop a job, suspend or close an account, and report illegal content to the authorities. If you see something on Skarv that breaks these rules, or content of yours being misused, tell us at the contact details at nordkod.io. These rules are part of the terms of service.
