05Questions
By the length of the finished film and the Surge level. Skarv counts the longest of three: the finished film, half of your raw take, or 30 seconds. So a 45-second ad from a 70-second take counts as 45 seconds; a 20-second clip counts as 30.
Every format you pick (9:16, 4:5, 1:1, 16:9), captions files, post copy, stock B-roll, sound design and one extra render are included.
You see an estimate and a maximum before anything runs. Skarv holds the maximum while it works, charges what the edit actually used, never more than the estimate, and gives everything back automatically if a job fails.
Yes, for one month. Your balance can hold up to twice your monthly credits. Top-up credits last 12 months. Credits are used in this order: trial or promo credits, monthly credits (oldest first), then top-ups.
Yes, any time from your account. Upgrades apply right away; cancelling keeps your plan until the end of the period you paid for.
Prices are in US dollars and exclude VAT or sales tax, which is added at checkout where it applies. Customers in the EU pay in euros.
Uploads can be 10 minutes on Starter, 20 minutes on Creator, 30 minutes on Team, 60 minutes on Agency. By default an ad is cut to at most 60 seconds and a social post to 90; you can ask for any length.
